The beer spa concept has its roots in the ancient traditions of Eastern Europe. Two thousand years ago, beer baths already existed. The virtues of these baths are linked to the exceptional properties of the ingredients in beer.
It was in Prague, in the Czech Republic, that the modern beer spa really took off. Beer baths quickly gained in popularity, offering a unique experience combining relaxation and well-being.

Alsatian variant

Alsace is an ideal location for beer spas:

A rich brewing tradition: Alsace is one of France’s leading beer-producing regions, with a long history of craft and industrial breweries.
Unique tourist experience: Alsace attracts beer lovers and those in search of new wellness experiences with this beer spa located right in the center of the region.

HOP

Hops are used in cosmetics. Enjoy a feeling of well-being!

Hops have relaxing properties that help reduce anxiety and stress.

MALT

Malt contains antioxidants that are good for your skin. Enjoy toned and revitalized skin!

Malt promotes blood circulation and helps eliminate toxins from the body.

YEAST

Brewer’s yeast contains vitamins. Nourish your skin and hair!

Brewer’s yeast boosts the immune system and helps combat skin problems.

Beer spa services

Our spa room is private. You and your guests will be the only ones in the space to use the baths.
You can reserve 1 or 2 baths. Each bath can accommodate 1 or 2 people.
Three booking times are available: 1:00, 1:30 or 2:00.

Don’t hesitate to contact us for any special requests or bookings (birthdays, stag or hen parties). We can, for example, provide a birthday cake, champagne and complete privatization of Bulles et Spas…

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Reservation

Access to the spa is by reservation only, allowing us time to prepare for your arrival. Reservations can be made directly online.

Beer spa room

The room features 2 larchwood whirlpool baths, each accommodating up to 2 people. The room is heated in winter. PRM toilets are adjacent to the hall.

Session duration

By default, a session lasts 1:00.
At the time of booking, you can choose a longer session: 1:30 or even 2:00.

Whirlpool bath

Each whirlpool bath has a capacity of 300 liters. Water temperature is maintained at 36°C throughout the session. A shower is available in the room.

Beer dispenser

A beer tapping machine is available next to each bath. Don’t hesitate to ask us if you’d prefer to drink Crémant d’Alsace, or a soft drink (extra charge).

Tasting

As an option, during your experience at Bulles et Spas, you can enjoy delicious charcuterie, cheese and, for those with a sweet tooth, charcuterie and cheese boards.

Privatization

Bulles et Spas also offers the possibility of privatizing the spa just for you (e.g. birthday party). Customized options are also available (e.g. birthday cake).

BEER SPA | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A beer spa offers baths in wooden tubs filled with a mixture of hot water, hops, malt and brewer’s yeast. A beer tapping machine is available directly from the tubs. The beers on offer are generally local craft beers.

The beer spa has many virtues, including :

reduces stress
improves blood circulation
eliminates toxins
softens the skin
regenerates mind and body

While a shower is generally available in the immediate vicinity of a beer spa, it is not recommended to take one directly after the bath, as the body will be able to enjoy the benefits of the beer spa for several hours.

Un accueil très agréable par le propriétaire ainsi que la découverte de  produits locaux délicieux ( bières, soft, charcuteries, fromages , sans oublier le pain fait maison) .  Trustindex vérifie que la source originale de l'avis est Google. Tres belle expérience dans une maison familiale avec beaucoup d’histoire et un accueil du propriétaire au top.
Possibilité de boire 2 bonnes bières pendant le spa. Nous avons commandé un saucisson qui etait très bon.
Nous reviendrons et merci pour l’accueil.
